Outlook Contacts Sharing Contacts

Sharing Contacts is not generally a good idea. It does have a place in the work setting. If you are working for a company that has several hundred employees, and each of those employees has Contact information, you will save a lot of time by sharing or requesting a share of Contacts for the company. Instead of having to write in over two hundred new Contacts, your shared Contacts will give you instant access to all of the company Contacts. Practice only moving to and through the "Sharing Contacts" item--do not share your Contacts with any other person. After you have finished move to the link titled "BACK" at the bottom of this page to go to the "Outlook Lessons" web page.
